The roles I tend to book are educated men, often with families. Dramatic roles or the straight man for comedy. Detective, doctor, businessman, and clergyman are familiar professions. Fun-loving dad, earnest and honest, or manipulative for my own gain are character traits that come naturally.
Heroes and influences include Tom Hanks, Steve Martin, John Corbett, Gene Kelly, Gregory Peck, and the dramatic side of Robin Williams. I’ve been told that I look like Ron Livingston and Harry Connick, Jr. I grew up watching classic Audrey Hepburn movies and reruns of The Andy Griffith Show. I loved Northern Exposure, The X-Files, and Seinfeld and dream of making physical, outdoor-themed movies like Sean Penn’s Into the Wild, Liam Neeson’s The Grey, and Reese Witherspoon’s Wild and movies with the raw emotional impact of Magnolia and It’s a Wonderful Life.
