We’ve had quite the eventful week at the Riggs household. I’ve discovered that I need a root canal, the dog got tangled up with a raccoon, and conversations are getting louder regarding some possible career and ministry opportunities. We’ve been shown incredible generosity and evidence of the Lord’s faithfulness. My gratitude list for the week:
- Iron sharpening iron with my new actor friends
- The kindness and care of Dr. Graham Locke
- Celebrating the adoption day of Buckeye The Wonder Dog and the joy that he’s brought to our lives
- Encouraging words and upcoming co-writes with friends
- Cello at Lent and space for reflection
“Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?” And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. He said to them, “Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?” – Mark 4:35-40
