Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. – Apostle Paul, I Corinthians 13
This was the gospel reading today at The Table. Malone Gilliam contrasted our culture’s expression of broken love with the perfect love of Jesus. Receive His love and the good news of the gospel. I had the privilege of playing with David Durham, Karlton Scott, John Brooks, Ashley Wright, and worship leader Aynsley Martindale. This was our set.
- I Could Sing of Your Love Forever (Martin Smith)
- Enter In (Casey McGinty). I got to lead this fantastic song written by a friend.
- Hallelujah (Your Love Makes Me Sing) (Brown / Doerksen)
- Mighty to Save (Morgan / Fielding)
- When I Look at the Blood (Godfry Birtill). If you don’t know this song, learn it now.
- Doxology (to the tune of “All Creatures of Our God and King”)
- Sanctus: Holy, Holy, Holy Lord (Peter Scholtes)
- One Thing Remains (Your Love Never Fails) (Johnson / Riddle / Black). This is from Bethel Church in Redding, CA. Great worship music is coming out of there.
- How He Loves (John Mark McMillan). We went for the “unforeseen kiss” lyric.
- Your Love Never Fails (McClarney / Skinner)
