International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church

I was reminded this morning that today is the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. There are many Jesus followers who are regularly harassed, tortured, and put to death.  I follow Him imperfectly in what could be argued as the easiest place on the planet to say His name.  I am humbled by those who endure such hardship and convicted of my own weakness.  Here’s a song to honor them and encourage them.  And remember.

Remember those in prison as if you were their fellow prisoners, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering. (Hebrews 13)
