Last year I had a photoshoot with Elisabeth Donaldson. Social media introduced me to her but I don’t remember how. The Nashville acting community is smallish and I’m sure that our mutual friends and acquaintances finally overlapped in some sort of Music City Venn diagram.

Elisabeth Donaldson is a model, actor, film director, writer, stylist, entrepreneur, speaker, social media coach and branding professional. Oh yeah, and a photographer! That’s the way we do it in Nashville; creativity expressed in whichever way that brings satisfaction and legal tender.

She swears a lot, exploits her heartbreak for artistic expression, and wears hot pink yoga pants to meet you at a coffehouse to discuss what you want out of a photoshoot with her. Her creativity is explosive and her brand is unmistakeable.

I reached out to her as a photographer. I knew that I wanted to update this website with new photos and I knew that I needed some editorial shots on hand for press and marketing purposes (like this article). Of course, I have had headshots taken and have done some commercial modeling, but I’ve never done any modeling like this. How did I do?
