Jacob was left alone; and a man wrestled with him until daybreak. – from Genesis 32
This morning at The Table, Kristine reflected on the story of Jacob wrestling the angel and taught that God allows us to the time and space to wrestle with Him. Furthermore, He is with us in the midst of our struggle. This was our set of worship music.

Jonathan, sounds like a great time this morning in The TABLE. Sorry, I’ve missed your singing most of the Summer as I’ve been in the next room over attending our Sunday Sampler Series. I’ll be glad when we are back to our Fall/Winter schedule again. BTW–we had a discussion at coffee hour yesterday about the Sunday you sang Curtis Mayfield’s PEOPLE GET READY. We’d love to hear it again (and again and again)….maybe you can do it for a “praying out” song each week! Take care and see you soon. Agatha
Thanks, Agatha. And I do hope to sing People Get Ready again!
