Doodlebug settles down for a night in Cumberland Caverns

My iPhone woke us up at 3:00 am Wednesday morning. The tornado sirens came shortly thereafter. Thankfully, the only thing we lost was the sleep. This is what else I’m thankful for this week.

• Lunches with friends
• Dry place to sleep on a Boy Scout campout and exiting the cave
• Audition for a feature film being shot in Nashville this year
• Running in the Zoo Run Run with Happy Girl
• Vaccines to keep us healthy
• A passed opportunity
• A friend’s perspective
• Scooter Man’s courage while leading the colors at Cub Scouts
